Businesses are increasingly using service design to solve challenges, from accessing new markets to adapting to the new ways in which consumers use their services. 

Service design is about making a service meet the user’s needs for that service. It can be used to improve an existing service or to create a new service from scratch.

The clinic will be run by Elizabeth Meehan and Tony Young from the Innovation Lab, Department of Finance and forms part of the USER-FACTOR project, a three-year project funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, aiming to strengthen innovation in SME’s.
